Today was a busy, busy day! Thankfully I got to start out with an invigorating sunrise ride …

… a super productive day at work … then time for a relaxing sunset walk.

Now it’s time for a light healthy dinner, a few chores, a little TV with Tiger (he especially likes to watch the foodie channels), and some Sudoku.
